High dose fish oil supplementation prospectively reduced disease activity in Ankylosing Spondylitis patients.
Fish oils improved skin, nails and quality of life in Psoriasis sufferers.

Fish oils help Lupus too!
High dose fish oil supplementation improved pregnancy outcome in Antiphospholipid Syndrome patients with recurrent miscarriages.
